Returns & Refunds

Warranty

1. Return & Refund Policy

1.1 General Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product in accordance with the terms outlined here. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made directly through neurostate.com.

1.2 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery.
  • The Product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • All returns must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged by misuse, negligence, accident, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
  • Products missing serial numbers, identification labels, or tamper-evident seals.
  • Consumables or accessories sold separately, once opened.
  • Products returned beyond the 30-day return window.

1.4 Refunds

  • Returned Products will undergo inspection and functional testing.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Bundle purchases must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.

1.5 Replacements

  • Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
  • Replacement units are subject to the same eligibility requirements as above.

2. Limited Warranty Policy

2.1 Coverage

The Neuro-State Hat is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of original purchase. 

During this period, Qneuro Inc. will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts,
  • Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit, or
  • Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible.

2.2 Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches or dents.
  • Battery capacity reduction due to normal usage.
  • Consumables or third-party accessories.

2.3 Warranty Claims

  • Contact support at support@[yourdomain].com.
  • Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.
  • Obtain an RMA number and follow the shipping instructions.
  • Upon receipt, the Product will be inspected, and warranty service will be provided if eligible.

2.4 Replacement & Repair Terms

  • Repaired or replaced Products are covered by the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.
  • Replacement units may be new or refurbished.

3. Repair & Service Policy

3.1 Scope

This Policy applies to Products requiring service after the Warranty Period has expired or for issues not covered under warranty.

3.2 Service Eligibility

  • Service is available for Products with a verifiable serial number and proof of purchase.
  • Products repaired by unauthorized providers may be deemed ineligible.
  • Service may be declined if the Product is beyond economical repair.

3.3 Service Options

  • Repair Service: Functional restoration with new or refurbished parts.
  • Battery Replacement: Replacement for worn or degraded batteries.
  • Out-of-Warranty Replacement: A replacement unit at a discounted price when repair is not feasible.

3.4 Costs

  • A non-refundable diagnostic fee may apply, credited toward approved repairs.
  • Customers will receive a repair estimate (parts, labor, shipping) before service begins.
  • Payment in full is required before the return of the serviced Product.

3.5 Service Warranty

  • Repairs and replaced parts are covered by a 90-day service warranty.
  • This service warranty does not extend or renew the original Product warranty.

3.6 Turnaround Time

Service times vary based on complexity and parts availability. Estimates will be provided upon diagnosis.


4. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company’s total liability under these policies shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.
  • Qneuro Inc. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or personal injury.
